Dr. Weinstein specializes in medical oncology. He is well known for his expertise in prostate cancer and genitourinary malignancies. He is a principal investigator on clinical trials at Compass Oncology. Dr. Weinstein has deep roots in the Portland community with a practice that spans 20+ years. Good, plain-English communication and clear expectations are central to his patient care philosophy. He is an excellent listener and believes in adapting his treatment guidelines to fit a patients needs rather than making a patient alter their lifestyle to suit the needs of a particular treatment protocol. When not working, Dr. Weinstein enjoys hiking, traveling, playing hockey and spending quality time with his wife, family and circle of friends.
