I was born and raised in a small town in Maine, which is a beautiful place but I have always been drawn to the southwest. I came to Las Vegas for the first time about 12 years ago, and knew that I would move here. Why Las Vegas? It is warm year round and the sunsets over the mountains are amazing. Shopping is available 24 hours a day. Las Vegas is the city of entertainment. Lake Mead offers fishing and many recreational activities. The Grand Canyon is about five hours away. The ocean and Los Angeles are only four hours away. Mount Charleston offers skiing in the winter and is much cooler than Las Vegas valley in the summer.
