Philosophy:
I provide individual, couple, and family therapy to those ages ten and up. I specialize in working with individuals coping with depressive and anxiety disorders, adolescents and adults struggling with self destructive and self injurious behaviors, couples and families managing interpersonal conflict, and women dealing with sexual trauma. I primarily utilize Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy principles when working with clients.
