Philosophy:
My overall goal is for you to find purpose in your life and to make life meaningful for you! Assessment and therapy is provided for a wide range of disorders. I treat teens starting at age 13 and all ages of adults including seniors. Great care will be taken to listen to you respectfully and without judgment, to establish trust, and to provide a safe and encouraging place for you to be while you work through your life situation. It is important that both the therapist and patient have a level of mutual respect and comfort with each other, and feel they can work together through this journey called therapy. I use a balanced mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Insight-Oriented Psychotherapies in my treatment approach. Therapy is tailored to your personal needs.
