Abstract:
A foot spa tub includes a tub basin, a first magnetic drive member rotatably coupled to a drive motor, and a first casing supporting the magnetic drive member. The first casing is disposed against an exterior surface of a sidewall of the basin. A second magnetic drive member is rotatably coupled to a blade. The first and second magnetic drive members are magnetically coupled to each other so that the blade is drivingly coupled to the drive motor. A nozzle houses the second magnetic drive member and the blade. The nozzle is detachably securable to an interior surface of the sidewall by a magnetic attraction force between the first and second magnetic drive members. A method of circulating liquid in a foot tub spa is also provided.

In one embodiment, a disposable liner comprises: sidewalls that are design to adapt to the contours of the cavity of the basin; and a bottom wall that is attached to the sidewalls and includes a drainage hole that is aligned with the drainage hole of the basin.

Abstract:
A pump flow optimizer is disclosed. In one embodiment, the pump flow optimizer comprises: at least one primary output nozzle that is configured to direct outflow from a pump on which is positioned, the primary output nozzles being configured to redirect outflow at approximately a twenty nine degree angle relative to a surface on which it is disposed; and a plurality of center nozzles configured to further redirect outflow from the pump on which the optimizer is disposed, the center nozzles being configured to allow act as secondary output nozzles in that each center nozzle permits a smaller volume of outflow from the pump to be released.
