Cape Cod is a very special place, the dunes, bay and ocean surround us with beauty. The villages are filled with excitement and enthusiasm. I love living here and I have been coming here since I was six months old. At a point in my life I was a contractor and have grown to appreciate all kinds of architecture.
I am very comfortable with customers and clients. I have a sterling reputation and high volume producer. I work with both buyers and sellers and I am very happy to be associated with Kinlin Grover Real Estate with our sixteen offices that offer coverage like no other on the Cape.
Please get in touch via email or telephone, I am here to help you.

About:
My parents brought me to the Cape as an infant, I think I got sand in my booties and have been addicted to the Cape ever since. After college I moved to Provincetown full time but was not very focused or mature. Starting my own business was my next venture but always maintaining a Provincetown home.
In 2005 I moved back here full time and went to work at a local boutique agency named Peter Karl Real Estate. Being in the building industry taught me a lot about services of Realtors, I knew how I wanted to be treated and my expectations were high.
From Peter Karl RE I went to Atlantic Bay Sotheby's this added to my great expirience as they were very professional and had great quality and intregrity.
I am now with Kinlin Grover Real Estate, we are 15 offices strong and have over 400 agents under our umbrella. We do a lot of in-house work that produced over $44,000,000 in sales in the slow year of 2011.
Since January 1, 2012 I have sold over $7,000,000 myself, a top producer in the lower Cape.
When you think Cape Cod, think Philip Scholl and Kinlin Grover Real Estate!
