For the past twenty-five years, I have provided time-limited and in-depth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups. Above all, I want to help you understand the impact of your past relationships on those of the present in order to facilitate your passage through all major life transitions We will work to help you find the courage to make important changes in lifestyle, career, and relationships toward the goal of optimal personal growth. Through the removal of psychological barriers, I can help you let go of your fears, guilt, and suffering as well as communicate more effectively and avoid unhealthy relationships. I also provide evaluations, counseling, and education to the residents, family members, and staff of residential senior facilities on managing dementia, aggressive behavior, anxiety, depression, and caregiver burnout.
