This work contributes a greater understanding of how to effectively deliver leadership advising and training to senior executives, boards, managers, and frontline associates from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. My passion is collaborating with others to design and implement cutting-edge leadership initiatives, team learning environments, talent management, and continual-improvement practices in individuals and teams, across all functions and levels throughout the organization.
