Philosophy:
Dr. Sebeny is the Director of Infectious Disease Service and plays an active role in Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees at Parkland Medical Center. He evaluates and treats chronic wounds as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Parkland Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Parkland Medical Center. He also works as an infectious disease physician at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. He is available for consultation in the hospital or outpatient settings.
