Abstract:
Novel 2-substituted trimethylpyrazine derivatives of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is alkylamino, 4-methyl-1-piperazinyl, piperidino, morpholino or 2-trimethylpyrazinepropenyl. These novel 2-substituted trimethylpyrazine derivatives exhibit, at very low concentrations, activity as inhibitors of platelet function and as promoters of blood pressure reduction.
