About:

I grew up in Southern California and never thought I would move to Alaska. After living here in Anchorage for 30 years, I have become a talking billboard for the state. I love the people, the mountains and even the snow. It seems to light up the winter and there are lots of things to do here year round. I worked in t he oil fields and for oil companies in Prudhoe Bay, Milne Point and Anchorage. 20 Years ago I got my Real Estate license and have never wanted to do anything else again. I love working with buyers and sellers and seem to do about half of each in a year. I am good with first time buyers because of my knowledge in that area and often help teach the first time buyer Alaska Housing classes. I have been the President of the Certified Residential Specialist program thru the National Realtor organization for the State of Alaska and on the Anchorage Board of Realtors as well as the MLS Board. I work full time but I also enjoy gardening, golfing, traveling and enjoying family and friends.
