The creation, development, and leadership of humanitarian foundations which are focused on establishing self sustaining communities where most needed in the world. While doing this I have seen that the greatest joy comes in seeing how it influences in a significant way the lives of the youth and young adult volunteers that we have work side by side with the locals. And I really enjoy solving the most complex issues associated with doing this. I also enjoy reading, learning, building things, hiking, public speaking and I love to mountain bike.

While at Novell I was rated top VP for 1999/2000 by Eric Schmidt and the entire executive team. Awarded Top social entrepreneur 2004-2007 in the State of Utah. This was because of the humanitarian work I was doing was. Awarded 6th man award by Sales organization, this was for being the top business partner to them. I was also invited by the sales organization for 12 years to their CEO club for being an outstanding business partner. When I was the Vice President of International Human Resources for Novel I was rated one of the top 5 International HR people per the magazine HR International.
