In addition to those traditional clients, I represent developers who specialize in urban infill projects. These include mostly new construction townhomes, single-family homes and "PopTops" in the central neighborhoods of Denver. I find potential properties, analyze the market information for the developers and then market and sell the final product. This also benefits my buyers because I have a finger on the pulse of all new construction in the city.<br/><br/>I live in Denver's City Park West neighborhood so my family and I spend a lot of our downtime entertaining, dinning and recreating in central Denver. I am always immersed in my craft. I'm originally from New Orleans and I moved to Denver in 1998 which means I also specialize in Louisiana transplants.
