My name is Paul Carlson and I am a full time Realtor serving buyers and sellers in the 7 county metro area of the Twin Cities since 2005. I grew up in Bloomington, MN and am a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities. Prior to selling Minnesota real estate, I was a 1st Mortgage Loan Officer with a local credit union lender for five years. That valuable experience made my progression to real estate sales seamless. My full understanding of the mortgage market helps me be a valuable resource for my clients as they secure their financing. I am also licensed as a Wisconsin Realtor and help clients in St. Croix County WI as well.<br /><br />I understand that buyers and sellers have many options in working with a Twin Cities real estate agent and my philosophy is to provide unparalleled service for my clients. I accomplish this by a combination of listening intently to my client’s needs and up-front education of what to expect in real estate transaction. Most everybody has heard horror stories of last minute “hurdles” when buying or selling real estate. While it is true that unforeseen circumstances can arise, my experience shows that proper planning from the start makes for an enjoyable real estate experience.<br /><br />While I utilize the latest technologies to market and sell real estate, I believe buyers and sellers expect and deserve direct communication with their Realtor. National Association of Realtor statistics report that the number one disappointment that consumers have with Realtors is a lack of responsive communication. My service commitment is to pick up the phone when you call. If that is not possible because I am working with other clients, I will respond within an hour. I believe this courtesy should be a minimum standard to expect from your Realtor.<br /><br />When you decide the time is right to make a change in the Twin Cities, I want to apply for the job.
