Philosophy:
Deciding to see a therapist for behavioral health is not always an easy decision and meeting a counselor/therapist for the first time can be an intimidating event. I strive to offer an enviroment feels as warm and inviting as a friend's home. Being a caring and supportive individual, I offer you both acceptance and a highly developed skill set to assist you in your journey. I consider many facets of your life, physical health, nutrition, exercise, family history to help you achieve your goals. I believe that one very important component in the therapy process is that we work as a team, and you are captain of that team. Discovering what you needs and desires are can be tough and people can be complex. Having someone to talk about this can really help.
