I've currently been in this wonderful career of Massage Therapy for several years. I attended school on September 18th of 2006 for massage, now enjoying this field. When I was sixteen, an idle interest in the workings of the body led me to massage therapy. After a formal education I found that touch therapy has many forms, referred to as modalities. The variety of modalities allows for a multitude of solutions to an array of conditions. And like life, not all solutions fit all situations. My continuing education brought me to learning Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). During the process of being certified in MLD I discovered that it can also have palliative effects on various medical conditions. I found with my research that touch therapy improves the quality of life.
