Working behind a desk with agents, relocation personnel and transferring clients has given me a perspective that assists me in working with local as well as relocating buyers and sellers. Being in the real estate business for so many years has enriched my life in more ways than I can list here. What a thrill it is to help a seller get their home ready for market and have it sell quickly for a great price. And finding the "dream home" for first time buyers and seasoned move up buyers gives me great satisfaction. Near and dear to my heart are the senior sellers moving from a home that has many memories and perhaps an eye popping lifetime collection of this and that which needs to be sold, given to special family and/or friends or donated . Assisting seniors with that transition can be very emotional.<br /><br />Married nearly 40 years to my best friend has been a great gift and we have a wonderful son who resides in Charlotte NC.
