I have almost 30 years practice and background in complementary and alternative medicine, and I use those skill sets in my daily therapy sessions with clients. Hands-on therapies such as massage, craniosacral (Upledger trained), Swedish gymnastics, polarity, and Bach Flower Remedies are offered alongside of more medical approaches providing an eclectic mix that aligns well with each patient.
