Efficient in high standard of care towards patients with the ability to accurately diagnose, treat, and communicate with patients and their families/loved ones. Proficient with eliciting a comprehensive history and conducting a thorough physical examination. Experience and ability to recognize and treat urgent care etiologies as well as manage chronic illnesses Procedures: I & D of abscesses, closure of wounds via sutures, multi-layer sutures, staples, and dermabond; wound and skin care, injections, proper sterile technique, venipuncture, arterial blood draws, IV placement, placement of NG tubes, collection of cultures, placement of catheters, eye examination using fluoroscein and woods lamp, foreign body removal, intubation, proficient with multiple splinting techniques, regional and local nerve block. The skill to work in a diverse and multicultural environment, with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds Experience and competence with multiple EMR systems
