Dr. Niraj Patel is a fellowship trained corneal and vision correction surgery specialist who has been in private practice at since 2001. He currently works at Pacific Northwest Eye Associates and has dedicated his practice to vision correction surgery, cataract, and corneal diseases in addition to his work in general ophthalmology. Involved with refractive surgery since 1996, Dr. Patel has extensive experience with Laser Vision Correction (LASIK and PRK) involving thousands of cases. He was the first surgeon in Western Washington to be certified for the Visian Implantable Contact Lens (ICL). He has lectured and taught residents and physicians from across the nation and has been involved in numerous research projects in the fields of cornea and refractive surgery.
