I find that most people come into my practice because they have hit a roadblock in their personal or professional life. In my practice, my top priority is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which we can work on identifying and overcoming barriers to having the life you desire. I specifically tailor my approach to each individual client, drawing both from the research on best practices in psychotherapy and from my own experience in working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. I feel that having a solid, trusting relationship with your therapist is extremely important for therapy to be effective, so I value and strive to build openness and authenticity in my relationships with my clients.
