His focus is on the conservative treatment of back and neck problems, offering patients an aggressive program of physical therapy, therapeutic injections if indicated, and home exercises. When surgery is warranted, Dr. Schechter offers the most advanced surgical treatment techniques for the care of back and neck injuries, with an emphasis on sports-related injuries, industry and workers compensation injuries, individuals who have undergone multiple surgeries, patients suffering compression fractures and those with chronic neck and back pain.
