The Century Foundation
The Century Institute was a summer program for young progressive thinkers held between 1999 and 2003 at Williams College. It was sponsored by the Century Foundation and included faculty such as former Clinton advisor Paul Starr, Robert Kuttner, William Julius Wilson, Robert Reich, Bob Putnam, Arthur Schlesinger Jr., Gillian Martin Sorensen and Theodore C. Sorensen. It drew 30 student Fellows each year from prestigious colleges and universities.
