I subscribe to several therapeutic modalities. The first would be psychodynamic theory which is an exploration of our past experiences and relationships as grounds for how to help understand our current issues. I take a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach by educating clients on some basic principals of mind relevant to the issues and problems at hand, especially chronic anxiety.
