I am passionate about the practice of business law. I subscribe to many sources of information including The Deal, W$J, The Conglomerate, venture capital and angel money related sources, international business data and generally anything that keeps me up to date on the world of startups, financing and deals (locally or globally). Update: since moving to Utah from San Diego, I have started mountain biking with my wife and kids to supplant my surfing addiction. If you want to hit some good trails in the Davis County (Utah) area, call me (801-580-0293) and I will either take you or make sure you know how to get to them yourself! I also enjoy summiting any of the nearby rocky mountains with hiking boots or snowshoes.
