<p class="MsoNormal">I got my start in real estate in 2003. My start came as a homeowner/investor. I decided to purchase my first investment property - a 2-bedroom condo in need of work, which I renovated over the next year while living in the property. I sold this property 1 year after my purchase; the sale price was significantly more than what I paid for it. I quickly determined it was time to pursue real estate as a career!</p><p class="MsoNormal">I first went to work for a small real estate investment company and throughout the next year, I received a crash course in the Denver Real Estate Market. I was looking at as many as 40 homes a week and assisting in the buying and selling of close to 3 homes a month. It was a valuable experience in which I gained a lot of useful knowledge about real estate, construction, and real estate development. 2006 was my first year as a Realtor, my license arrived in the middle of the summer. With a shortened year I managed to close over 2 million dollars in transactions. By the time 2007 rolled around I had a good grasp on most facets of residential real estate and managed 10 million dollars in sales along with the honor of being the top producing agent out of 85 agents at Sterling Real Estate Group. In 2008 I continued to improve as I closed 14 million dollars and was awarded the top agent at Sterling for the second year in a row. 2009 & 2010 the trend continued as the top producing agent grossing 16 & 17 million in sales. 2011 looks to be slightly better than 2010 keeping the positive trend alive!</p><p class="MsoNormal">I have and continue to combine extensive market knowledge and a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience with every transaction. Unlike a traditional Realtor, I spend countless hours seeking out great deals for my clients, aggressively marketing to sell homes I list, and knowing exactly what the real estate market is doing while forecasting the market's future path.</p><p class="MsoNormal">In an effort to become a complete real estate solution for my clients I have opened additional real estate companies and grown my abilities to assist my clients in many facets of real estate ownership and investing. I am now an owner/partner in a property management company, Real Estate Management Group, a construction company, Au Construction, and a development business, NMA Renovations LLLP.</p><p class="MsoNormal">I continue to learn and grow and truly enjoy being a part of most families' largest purchase of their lifetime!</p>

I now consider my real estate business to consist of two businesses in one. Like most Realtors, I have a traditional real estate business helping buyers and sellers buy and sell homes. The second business in real estate for me is real estate development. This includes renovations, expansions, and building. In addition to the projects I have completed myself, I have helped clients develop well over 50 additional properties. Working as both a traditional Realtor and a real estate developer allows me to be more successful at both as they complement one another. My clients love the fact that I know the cost of most types of renovations, what all is involved, how much time renovations should take, and most importantly I have the right contacts to help them get the job done. As a developer, I see what buyers truly want as I work with them daily. Knowing what buyers are looking for allows me to develop properties in a way that is most desirable to today's buyers.
