Philosophy:
For over 25 years I have been working with children, adolescents, middle adults, elders, couples and families. They have come to me with developmental, situational, relational, spiritual and cross-cultural issues. My work is informed by 13 years running a trauma and crisis service, 6 years working in Africa, and intensive training in EMDR, psychodynamic theories, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness based stress reduction and internal and strategic family therapies.
