I organized care for 32 residents, performed assessments, gave medications, changed and maintained dressing changes including wound vacs, started and maintained IV's, flushed Picc lines, and huber ports, communicated with families, and Physicians, coordinated care between PT, OT, and other staff members, and was a positive force for the supervision iof LPN's, and buses aides.
