I offer mental health counseling with families & couples as well as individual therapy for youth & adults. I work with you to navigate issues such as; depression, anxiety due to trauma and or change, grief & loss, anger / sadness, to overcoming trauma & managing PTSD. I work with my clients while they search for meaning, build self-esteem & confidence. Using a humanistic approach, mindfulness and respect for the uniqueness of each individual, I am privileged to in the counseling field.
