Michelle was born in Queens, NY to parents who came to America to build a better life for their children. Her mother was a native Italian and her Spanish father, of Basque descent, emigrated from Columbia. The early days of Michelle's life were spent in the Dallas area where she was raised and attended the Hawaii Pacific University, The University of Texas at Dallas, and then nursing school. After graduating as Valedictorian of her Nursing School class in December of 1997, Michelle was an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baylor University Medical Center.<br/>Looking for a lifestyle that would allow her to enjoy the outdoors, Michelle moved to the Park City area in 1999. In 2007, Michelle was invited by Prudential Utah Real Estate to join their firm to assist in marketing and selling development projects in Park City such as the Waldorf Astoria Dakota Mountain Lodge, the Lodge at Westgate, and Enclave at Sun Canyon. She understands the development complexities and can market development projects from the entitlement process to the initial project launch through close of escrow.<br/>With the slowdown in new developments, Michelle has become an expert in short sales and bank owned property sales. She is one of just a few agents that have earned the short sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation from the National Association of Realtors.<br/>Michelle has become an avid fly fisherwoman with her husband Matthew Eastman who is the host of "Wanna Go Fishing?" on ESPN2 and the Director of Fly Fishing at Victory Ranch Club. Michelle also enjoys skiing and mountain biking with her husband and three daughters. She is also very involved in the community through the various charitable organizations that she enjoys volunteering for.<br/>Michelle Eastman's experience in taking care of and having a genuine concern for others as a RN has translated into Michelle becoming an exceptional REALTOR.
