Michelle is a Senior Loan Officer, specializing in purchase loans. She brought her high energy and passion to the Louisville Branch of Envoy Mortgage in 2013, after working for some of the top lenders in Kentucky. Previous clients, realtors, builders, developers, attorneys and other industry partners know her passion for helping people make the most important financial decision of their lives and trust her to take care of their friends, clients and family members. Because of this, more than 95% of her business is referral based. She is well-versed in all types of loan program guidelines including, but not limited to, Conventional, FHA, 203K Rehab, VA, Rural Housing (RHS/USDA), and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC). She feels it's important to take the time to get to know each of her clients' goals and plans for their home, in order to find the best loan program to meet those goals. Michelle is passionate about building solid relationships within the real estate industry of Kentucky. She currently serves as Chair of Marketing for the Greater Louisville Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), as Historian on the Board of Directors for the Greater Louisville Women's Council of Realtors, on the Annual Convention Planning Committee for the Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR), and is a member of several other mortgage, builder and realtor associations. Michelle and her husband, Eric (a home inspector), have been together for 22 years and have two children, ages 21 and 14. She and her family are originally from Southern California, but have called Kentucky home since 2005.
