Philosophy:

I work with adolescents, adults and couples. My approach emphasizes positively what "works" versus stressing problems or pathology. I like to integrate the spiritual beliefs and strengths which each client brings to the world. My specialties include health, work place conflict, relationships, assertiveness, couples communication, self esteem, anxiety, panic, financial, depression and adjustment reactions. My approach is also cognitive--meaning we look at your beliefs and self talk that can be adjusted to improve current situations. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitiation Reprogramming (EMDR) and mediation. I facilitate workplace conflict resolution and various trainings, such as Stress Management.
