Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of arsenic compounds such as sodium meta arsenite (NaAsO), arsenic trioxide (AsO), and arsenic hexoxide (AsO) or combinations thereof, for the treatment of painful, hyperalgesic and/or inflammatory conditions. The present invention also relates to compositions containing the above arsenic compounds for use in the treatment of pain, inflammation and immunological and autoimmune diseases and disorders.
