Philosophy:
People develop habits that become a part of who they are, so it's tough for them to give up a part of themselves, in a sense. It's often hard for people to see the positive effects of making changes at first. But I always find it rewarding when someone decides to quit smoking, for example, and they are able to stop for good knowing their future health will be improved.
