A humanistic approach accepting all people without judgments or condescension is essential for psychotherapy. I apply this theme while helping people find new ways to approach life with a minimum of fear, conflict, and inner turmoil. I studied Cognitive Behavior Therapy under its founder, Dr. Albert Ellis, with whom I have written three books including co-authoring his definitive textbook on Personality. I am also on the graduate psychology faculty of NYU teaching this approach to others.
