My name is Michael Cohen and I am a Realtor with Prudential Advantage Real Estate in Needham. I am also a resident of Needham so I am very much in touch with what’s happening in the Needham real estate scene. Needham is not the only town I am familiar with though. I’ve lived almost my entire life in the Metrowest area and I am very knowledgeable about many of its towns like Newton, Wellesley, and Natick just to name a few. <br /> <br />As a Realtor, I have a long and successful track record of marketing properties for sellers and also connecting buyers with the right homes. I also have an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Suffolk University which has helped me to design unique and effective marketing plans for my client's homes. Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent my days providing award-winning service to my clients at Fidelity Investments.
