I am a general practice attorney with a strong focus on Property Assessment law.<br/><br/>Based in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, I have logged literally thousands of hours representing property owners in Assessment Appeal Hearings. I represent owners who are bringing their own Assessment Appeals in an attempt to lower their property taxes and I also represent owners who are defending Assessment Appeals brought by the taxing bodies. I have accepted that my job is a bit difficult for a child to grasp so I started telling them that I "help people understand the rules". Simply stated, that is all I do. When a client comes to me for help, it is usually because they don't know how to solve their problem on their own. I explain the rules, regulations or laws and help them on their way, sometimes with my continued hand holding and sometimes without.
