Philosophy:
Michael J. Curtin, MD, AAOS, ABOS is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of athletic injuries of the shoulder, knee, and elbow. He currently serves as team physician for Eagle High School and as orthopaedic consultant for the Colorado Rockies. Dr. Curtin has served as orthopaedic team physician for the Rockies, consultant to the Denver Broncos, and director of athletic medical services for Alpine Skiing, Snow Basin venue, for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. He earned his bachelor's degree from Yale University and his medical degree from the University of Utah. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Utah and orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at the Steadman-Hawkins clinic in Vail, Colorado.
