I am a people oriented, results driven, housing expert, andI am really excited about real estate! Today's market is challenging, but I am up to the task! In the last year alone I have been successful in closing over 25 deals. My background as a real estate appraiser, investor, small business owner and licensed general contractor give me the skills, confidence and experience to be an effective realtor in today's crazy market.Here is the back story;My grandmother, Sylvia Anderson, started Anderson Realty in the late 1950's. At the time she was a rarity, being a woman and a broker. I grew up hearing stories of what she was able to accomplish for herself and others. She is my inspiration. I have watched my grandma for 30 years, as she has put others before herself and has been dedicated to helping people she cares about buy and sell homes. She is feisty, determined, and kind hearted all at the same time. I am proud to be now carrying her torch as she is finally retired. I worked with my aunt Normafor a few years beforebecoming thebroker for Anderson Realty.When I was 15 I worked with my grandparents, as they bought a house, fixed it up, and sold it. I didn't realize it at the time, but that was an important time in my development. Subconsciously, I was hooked. Maybe its in my blood.I first officially entered the real estate world by way of appraisal. I was a licensed appraiser for 4 years. This learning and understanding of real estate value, and the memories of working with my grandparents, led me into investment. Buying, fixing up, and selling homes.
