Mike is a Real Estate Brat! His mom has been a Broker in town since 1983 and helped build a large Brokerage in the 80's-90's. When she thought Mike was ready to come on board she helped him get licensed in March of 1997. He spent the first 10 years of his career helping local and out of state buyers find their dream home in the Valley of the Sun. From 2007-2009 he helped Canadian buyers purchase winter getaway homes in Arizona. In 2009 and 2010 Mike primarily worked with Wells Fargo & Wachovia as an REO agent helping the banks remodel and sell their foreclosures. Mike is now equipped with a very unique skill set helping buyers& sellers maximize their investment by purchasing a home for a discounted price, helping them remodel the home and sell for a profit or simply holding the property for long term appreciation.
