Wolf has authored numerous published articles and instructional materials that are used nationwide.
While Director of FMCS Mediation Technology Services, Wolf and his staff created the TAGS System, a powerful set of technology tools that helps decision-makers cross boundaries of time and space to effectively develop ideas, agree on solutions and manage implementation. Specially trained mediators use these tools to help clients conduct more effective strategic planning sessions, grievance and EEO meetings, collective bargaining negotiations, internal elections, large conferences, as well as online dispute resolution, remote meetings and online surveys via the Internet. Wolf continues to develop his collection of technology tools and use them as an expert mediator, facilitator, trainer, and workplace consultant in organizational effectiveness.
