I have been in the real estate industry for 28 years. I acquired my license at the ripe age of 18, and joined the family business in Lahaina, Maui in 1983, and worked there for 18 years. I left as principal broker of Sullivan Properties in June 2002.<br />Looking for a lifestyle change, we packed up and moved to Bend in 2002. <br />I started with Sunriver Realty in October 2002 through March 2011, and in April 2011 affiliated myself with Cascade Sotheby's International Realty.<br />The last couple of years, the real estate industry has changed quite dramatically, faster than anyone realized it could.<br />In this environment, Mike’s extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities are especially valued.<br />By  the numbers:  Mike has closed over 100 transactions in Central Oregon, representing over $50 million dollars in sales with an average price of $515,000.<br />This level of success means Mike earns referrals and repeat business from his many satisfied clients and fans.<br />Today Mike lives in beautiful Bend, Oregon with his wife Melissa and kids.  His daughter Sierra is a freshmen at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and Jake is a Junior at Summit High School.
