There is provided headgear having a variety of components. In one form, the headgear includes a camera mounted to a brim thereof. Camera accessories that can be mounted to the headgear can include a switch, a control panel, a view finder, one or more lights. In another form, the headgear includes a heat sink mounted to the brim to dissipate heat generated by powered components of the headgear, such as the camera, a circuit board, one or more lights, or the like. In yet another form, the headgear includes a rotary switch for energizing the one or more lights and/or operating the camera.

Abstract:
A power module assembly for being mounted to headgear is provided. The power module assembly can include a housing member and a cover member configured to mount thereto. The housing member and cover member can have a generally curved profile configured for fitting against a user's head. The housing member can be generally rigid, and the cover member generally flexible and resilient, so that the cover member can mount to the housing member with a snap fit connection therebetween. The housing member can further include a plurality of handles, so that straps of the headgear can extend through openings between the handles corresponding surfaces of the housing member to secure the power module assemble to the headgear.

Abstract:
Illuminated eyewear is provided. In one form, the temple arm members have all the lighting components mounted thereto including for each temple arm member a light, power source for the light, and electrical connections including a switch for providing power from the power source to the light. In another form, the cross-frame member has blinder portions integrally formed at either end thereof which are configured to block stray light to avoid glare problems. The blinder portions preferably include surfaces that are inclined to generally extend along the light cone generated by an LED light source mounted to the front end portion of each of the temple arm members. In another form, the temple arm members each have a recessed cavity formed in inner surface portion thereof in which the power source and switch components are received with the switch actuator mounted to the inner surface portion so it is hidden from view when the eyewear is worn for enhanced aesthetics.

Abstract:
In one aspect, a light device is provided having an elongate body that has a high strength construction. The high-strength light device is especially well-suited for use as a work light. The work light includes a high-strength body that has a handle and an elongate light-transmissive portion extending from the handle. Preferably, the light-transmissive portion includes a one-piece tubular wall that is tapered and which is molded from a high-strength material. In another aspect, the light device includes anti-rolling surfaces axially between the handle and light transmission portion along the elongate body. The anti-rolling surfaces preferably have a flat configuration so that the flat surfaces keep the elongate body from rolling when placed on a support surface.
