Philosophy:

After 10 years of attempting to manage chronic pain with opioids I have discovered that patients are suffering more from the treatment than from the pain. Trying to reduce a patient's dependence on chronic opioid therapy is not a service that they appreciate as you can see from some of the scathing reviews.
