I have been in the real estate business since 1995, serving Miami's most vibrant markets. I proudly work with the LGBT community. My area's of expertise are Miami Beach, Downtown/Brickell, Roads, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables North and South and Pinecrest. I have worked successfully in these areas with both buyers and sellers. When working with buyers I like to narrow down their search by learing about their personal interests and what they enjoy to do on their spare time. I also think it is important to advise them on commuting time to and from the work place and shopping areas and schools. When working with sellers I custamize my marketing plan that is sensitive to their timing so that we work smart to make their next move as smooth as possible. <br />I work as a volunteer in my community as a Guardian Ad Litem with Voices 4 Children. With "Voices" I am an advocate for children's interests in the court system that have been abused or negleted.<br />My hobbies are cycling, exercising regularly, dining, theater and traveling.<br />I belive strongly in always having a positive attitude!
