Philosophy:
Dr. Cheek takes a conservative approach to care for his patients. He prefers to exhaust nonoperative treatment before electing surgical treatment. If surgery is necessary, however, Dr. Cheek specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery as well as sports medicine and shoulder arthroscopy. In addition to performing over 3,000 arthroscopic procedures including rotator cuff repairs, Bankart reconstructions and SLAP repairs, he has extensive expertise in shoulder replacement surgery.
