Philosophy:
My orientation as a Osteopathic Physician practicing for the past 27 yrs, is toward connecting with and supporting the innate healing capacities within each patient. When one becomes ill, injured or goes through great stress, one can become disconnected from this capacity, and need help to realign with it. Through the use of gentle Osteopathic manipulation, exercise, nutrition, relaxation, medicines, herbs and supplements, I am able to use the best of traditional and more wholistic methods.
