Philosophy:
I am a licensed psychotherapist and specialist in the treatment of eating disorders, body image issues, and chronic pain/illness. I provide individual, family and couples therapy for patients struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, body dysmorphic disorder, chronic pain and chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and issues related to relationships, family, career and life transitions. My sub-specialty is in the treatment of college-aged women and young adults; however, I see adults of all ages and genders in my practice. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and individualized, combining psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal psychotherapy techniques.
