I offer a warm, encouraging, and whole-person perspective to therapy. With a belief that all people have within them an innate capacity for healing and growth, my work with children, individuals, couples and families is inherently empowering. I use mindfulness and mind body integrative therapies, as well as play and sand tray therapy, art therapy, parent coaching, and emotionally focussed therapy, which are based upon attachment, neurobiological, and family systems theoretical approaches.
