Melynda received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1996. Originally from Portland, Oregon, she has lived in Glasgow, Scotland and San Francisco, California. After traveling a bit of the globe, Melynda realized that no other place compares to a life in the Pacific Northwest; she returned with her family to Portland in 2005.<br/><br/>She is a licensed architect in Oregon and has over twelve years experience working in the field - primarily on large scale multi-family and mixed use housing, affordable housing and K-12 institutional projects. In addition, she has completed retail tenant improvement projects and countless single family home renovation/additions.
